Known issues

– When I write automation in Logic Pro X, the plugin goes mute.
Preferences > Advanced > Advanced Editing
Preferences > Audio > General > Sample Accurate Automation > “Volume, Pan, Sends”

– Latency compensation is not updated during playback when I switch DynOne to LL mode in Logic Pro X.
Logic Pro X does not support real-time latency compensation changes, the only way around this is by stopping and starting playback again. That way the latency compensation will update correctly.

– Playback stops when I switch DynOne to LL mode in Cubase.
Cubase does not support real-time latency compensation changes, it will always automatically stop playback when a plugin is changing its reported latency.

– Playback in Studio One is stuttering.
Stuttering audio is mostly related to CPU load and buffer settings. Solutions and results are dependent on hardware and audio driver combinations. In most cases it helps to increase the processing buffer size.
Preferences > Audio Device > Device Block Size : try setting a higher block size
Preferences > Processing > Dropout Protection : try a lower setting here

– Playback in Pro Tools is stuttering

– VST2 is not showing up in Cubase
The VST2 not showing up in Cubase is because of the way Cubase scans/loads VST’s. If it finds a VST3, then the VST2 version is not loaded. So if you’d rather use the VST2, you need to delete the VST3 from your system.

– In Samplitude, StageOne VST3 outputs mono instead of stereo
We advise to use the VST version of StageOne in Samplitude, not VST3. VST is working correctly.

– Why can’t I see the GUI of the VST3 plugins in Adobe Audition?
There is a known issue in Audition that causes a generic UI to be displayed for Leapwing VST3 plugins. We are continuing to investigate this, but the VST2 format of our plugins are unaffected. For this reason, Leapwing recommends using the VST2 format of our plugins in Audition, as they will provide the best user experience.
